Michael Ambuehl，教授，瑞士前國(guó)務(wù)卿，瑞士蘇黎世聯(lián)邦理工大學(xué)管理工程與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)。

主講內(nèi)容：

This report presents a specific theory which utilizes quantitative methods for good management and good international cooperations: Negotiation Engineering. Following theoretical illustrations, two cases are presented as application examples, they are Switzerland – EU Transport Agreement, and Iran – P5+1 Nuclear Talks. This shows that scientific methods can be of great value in real world mangement.

首先報(bào)告管理和國(guó)際合作實(shí)踐中需要的一種理論方法：談判工程，在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上，列舉了兩個(gè)案例，一是與國(guó)際物流運(yùn)輸通道相關(guān)的瑞士-歐盟運(yùn)輸協(xié)議談判過(guò)程，二是瑞士參與協(xié)調(diào)的伊朗-P5+1核對(duì)話(huà)談判案例，用于說(shuō)明科學(xué)方法在重要管理問(wèn)題中的應(yīng)用意義。
