主講人簡(jiǎn)介：

韓德仁：教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。2002年獲南京大學(xué)計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。從事大規(guī)模優(yōu)化問(wèn)題、變分不等式問(wèn)題的數(shù)值方法的研究工作，以及優(yōu)化和變分不等式問(wèn)題在交通規(guī)劃、磁共振成像中的應(yīng)用，發(fā)表多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文。曾獲中國(guó)運(yùn)籌學(xué)會(huì)青年運(yùn)籌學(xué)獎(jiǎng)，江蘇省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。 主持多項(xiàng)國(guó)家科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目，入選江蘇省333高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程。擔(dān)任中國(guó)運(yùn)籌學(xué)會(huì)理事、數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃分會(huì)常務(wù)理事；《Journal of Global Optimization》、《計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)》、《Journal of the Operations Research Society of China》編委。

主講內(nèi)容：

The difficulty in implementation of marginal cost based toll collection is the absence of explicit expression of the demand function. In such circumstances, trial-and-error is usually among the best strategies. We first formulate this problem as a variational inequality problem with partial unknown mappings and then give an efficient implementation scheme. The global convergence of the method is proved and some numerical results are reported to illustrate its performance.
